Simple Salmon Salad



Salmon salad is really nutritious and tasty. Salmon is high in anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids and protein. The recipe includes parsley, lemon, and onion which are all nutrition powerhouses and good for the immune system. Serve them on crackers as an appetizer or a high-protein snack for yourself, add it to a salad or sandwich.


Ingredients


- 1 can salmon

- 3-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- few sprigs of parsley, chopped

- 1/4 small onion, chopped

- 1 tbsp mayo

- drizzle olive oil

- salt and pepper to taste


Directions


  1. Place the salmon in a bowl and add all ingredients.

  2. Mix until well blended. For a creamier texture add a little more mayo.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
