Intuitive eating is a personal process of honouring your health by paying attention to your body's messages and meeting your physical and emotional needs.

It is an inner journey of discovery that puts you front and centre; you are the expert of your own body. Only you know how hungry you are and what food will satisfy you. No diet plan or guru could know this about you.

Intuitive Eating is a weight neutral model supported by research. A foundational component of intuitive eating is having self-compassion and curiosity versus judgement. Intuitive Eating helps you re-learn to trust yourself with food by providing you with tools that help you silence diet culture noise, so that you can begin hearing your internal voice.

Violeta's coaching helped me feel so much better. My relationship to food and overall well-being have really improved - including my digestion!
